Job Title: Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:- To drive business growth by acquiring new agents and increasing same-store sales through effective management and conversion of a sales pipeline, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, and ability to present and listen to agents.
- To manage the end-to-end sales process for independents, including selling the complete product portfolio and implementing new locations with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and software to deliver for customers.
- To prospect, negotiate, and sign contracts with new agents, collect required documents, and submit complete packages while being accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within the territory.
- To visit high-performing locations regularly to identify and address issues within the current network and ramp up new locations to achieve full revenue potential.
- Previous experience in business development, external sales, account development, or servicing customer products in Regional Australia.
- Fluency in English is required, and other foreign language skills are a plus.
- Effective management and conversion of a sales pipeline, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, and ability to present and listen to agents.
- Organization, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work individually or collaborate with others.
