Financial Services Specialist

As a Financial Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers facing financial challenges by delivering tailored solutions. Collaborating closely with your team, you will assess customer eligibility for various financial assistance programs and monitor ongoing agreements to identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Assist customers and/or their financial advisors with navigating financial obligations through phone, email, and letter channels.
  • Based on customer circumstances, evaluate eligibility for a range of customized solutions and monitor ongoing agreements.
  • Handle calls within designated authority levels and identify/escalate priority issues while maintaining accuracy and integrity of customer data.
