  • Customer Resolution: Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds welcome)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases
  • Teamwork: Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
