**Customer Engagement Professional**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

This includes managing customer relationships, generating revenue, and promoting our services to the community.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our marketing department to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular communication and site visits.
  • Providing tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Conducting site tours and presentations to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer base.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A positive attitude towards customer service and a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with a high level of conceptual and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and willingness to obtain NDIS clearance check.
