Early Careers Advisor Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to coordinate, manage, and promote early career development practices. Your excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities will drive success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the annual graduate/cadet intake, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all graduate-related activities.
  • Coordinate interim/final assessments for graduate and cadet development programs.
  • Develop and maintain reports on skill assessments, technical training completion, KPIs, and metrics.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and resources to support professional development opportunities.
  • Support and facilitate internal development activities.
  • Develop and sustain stakeholder relationships across the business.

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field (preferable).
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Solid understanding and experience in supporting delivery of Graduate programs.
  • Experience in managing projects and programs from inception to delivery.
  • Understanding of and connection to relevant university partners and professional organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative, reporting, and organizational skills.
