We're seeking an experienced and passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to enhance the performance of our meticulously crafted display homes spanning the South-East corridor. As a key member of our team, you'll drive exceptional sales results while championing the customer experience.

About the Role:

  • You'll be based at Head-Office (Mulgrave) and move across various display homes along the vibrant Southeast corridor to optimize their appeal and achieve exceptional sales outcomes.
  • Utilize your expertise in KDRB (Knockdown Rebuild) and Greenfield projects in a volume building environment, showcasing the unique advantages they offer.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and accurate quotations using our cutting-edge CRM/AX system, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our head office to strategically meet with customers, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their buying journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
  • Actively network and participate in external events to establish a robust referral network with land agents and relevant service providers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations and fostering loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales-related initiatives.
