Exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are at the heart of this role as Junior FOH Trainer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and grow your hospitality skills, with training provided in customer service, inventory management, cash handling, alcohol services, supervising and managing staff, and documentation.

A key requirement is a minimum of 1 year of previous hospitality experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a diverse group of employees.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous hospitality experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers
  • Professional, upbeat, friendly personality
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and drive to complete tasks to the highest standard
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to relate to diverse group of employees
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including nights and weekends
  • Eligibility to work in Australia is a must, and immediate availability to commence work will be viewed favorably

The successful candidate will have opportunities to travel interstate and internationally, assisting in the opening of new stores and training new staff while contributing to the store setup.

Training will cover essential skills such as customer service, inventory management, cash handling, and alcohol services, ensuring the candidate has the knowledge and confidence to excel in this role.
