Home Claims Opportunities

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as On Road Home Claims Assessors, Desktop Home Claims Assessors, or Building Coordinators. These roles involve assessing damage and guiding customers through the claims process.

About the Roles
  • On-Road Home Claims Assessor: This role involves visiting customer properties (in person & virtually) to assess damage and guide them through the claims process. You'll need a driver's license and enjoy being on the road.
  • Desktop Home Claims Assessor: As a Desktop Home Claims Assessor, you'll work remotely, assessing claims from home or office. You'll use virtual tools to review documentation, communicate with customers, and coordinate repairs.
  • Building Coordinator: In this role, you'll ensure high-quality repairs and cost-effective solutions. You'll review technical reports, provide expert advice, and coordinate at a claim level with Suncorp Supply Chain to deliver outcomes for customers.
