We are seeking expressions of interest for a range of roles within our Home Claims team. If you have a passion for helping others and a background in residential building, restoration or construction trades, we would like to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and problem-solving as well as those who prefer a flexible work arrangement and enjoy working with technology.

Role Responsibilities

As a Home Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing damage and guiding customers through the claims process. You may work on the road, visiting customer properties (in person & virtually), or remotely, using virtual tools to review documentation, communicate with customers, and coordinate repairs.

As a Building Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality repairs and cost-effective solutions. You will review technical reports, provide expert advice, and coordinate at a claim level with Suncorp Supply Chain to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
