Requirements:
- Proven customer service skills, with experience in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, conveying empathy and understanding.
- Skilled in sales and objection handling, with a focus on retention.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various systems.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Ability to identify complex problems and break them down into simple components.
- Team player with individual performance critical.
- Previous experience working from home.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues.
