Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Professional to join our residential team. As a vital member of the team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be based on the Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing profitability by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships. You will drive growth in key customer relationships and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the GC and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and improving service propositions in line with brand strategies.

- Leading, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of key trade accounts.

- Collaborating with trade applicators, stores, and residential builders.

- Achieving sales, growth, and profit targets.

- Delivering high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and retention.

Qualifications:

- Previous account management experience preferably within the building materials market.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build strong relationships.

- Proven track record in building new relationships and growing existing business.
