Job Title: Territory Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Territory Service Manager to fill this key role. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect deceased pets from veterinary clinics and private residences in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Deliver pet ashes to clients' homes and veterinary clinics, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork requirements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the vehicle and workspace are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Navigate daily routes with efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 9 demerit points remaining.
  • A genuine desire to provide support during difficult times.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and comfort handling deceased animals in a professional capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience in safe lifting procedures and practices.
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination status.
