**Southern Cross Care Qld is looking for YOU to join our SCCQ family in the full time role of the Residential Manager at our Stretton Gardens Residential Aged Care Home in Drewvale.**

As a Residential Manager of this home you will lead a team of staff and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for the residents. You will be responsible for providing individualised and holistic care, meeting the client's needs and upholding quality of services aligned with the organisational standards. Additionally you will be accountable and responsible for the financial management and achievement of the business plan for the site.

About you:

- Ideally hold a current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Have demonstrated experience in the management of a Residential Aged Care Facility
- Posses strong knowledge of operating requirements within the Health/Aged Care Industry
- Ability to conduct ACFI assessments and associated financial analysis
- Will have the knowledge of legislative and operating requirements within the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Strong experience in budget implementation and monitoring
- Demonstrated asset and site management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Highly developed communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the elderly, families, staff and management
- Posses strong time management skills
- You will maintain up to date influenza and COVID 19 vaccinations
