Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking an expert in business solutions to enhance experiences through inclusive design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients, stakeholders, and end-users on business improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, change readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and co-design solutions.
  • Manage business-related issues, including researching policy and providing recommendations.
  • Develop specifications of business rules necessary to support business modelling.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify business problems.
  • Proven ability to implement improvements in customer-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops to gather information and develop clear requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.
