About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Ambassador to join our team at Talentpath. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach into the project flooring market, particularly through our new direct model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discover new direct partnership opportunities across various sectors, including contractors, project managers, commercial, project, and construction sectors.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with contractors from initial specification to project completion, ensuring our products are top-of-mind throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with flooring partners to enhance brand visibility and presence in the market.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and guidance, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our high-end wool carpets and rugs.
  • Work closely with the A&D team to prepare presentations for large projects and achieve state budget objectives.
  • Anticipate project timelines and proactively address any potential issues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle pricing requests and manage agreements efficiently, keeping our internal database updated.
About You

We are looking for a highly energetic and people-focused individual with strong networking and relationship-building skills. You will have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, be self-motivated and proactive, with a keen initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.

  • You will have an established network within the commercial, project, and construction sectors, leveraging existing relationships to enhance brand ambassadorship efforts.
  • Flexibility to travel is required, as this is a high requirement.
