We undertake a diverse range of works including new installations to maintenance services, catering to various sectors such as Domestic, Commercial, and Residential.
Job OverviewThis opportunity presents itself for a highly motivated, dynamic administration professional to join our fast-paced team environment. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that require exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and an autonomous nature with a desire to take ownership of your role.
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Purchase order management
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Account reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable/receivable ledgers
- Preparation of PAYG and BAS statements
- General administrative duties
You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoices and payments
- Coordinating purchase orders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Reconciling accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing tax-related documents
- Performing general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment
- Ideal prior experience using Xero accounting software and Simpro job management software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Superior communication skills (via email and phone)
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Capacity to work effectively within a team
