We offer a wide range of services including new installations, maintenance, and repairs. Our areas of expertise include domestic, commercial, and residential plumbing solutions.
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. Autonomous nature with the desire to own the role is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Purchase order management
- Supplier relationship building
- Account reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Preparation of PAYG and BAS statements
- General administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment. Previous experience using Xero accounting software and Simpro job management software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, commitment to providing excellent customer service, and superior communication skills.
