HiTech Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join our team. As a Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and the 'Research, Analytics and Data' branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and executive support to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and the 'Research, Analytics and Data' branch.
- Support both BAU operational activities and funded workplan projects.
- Undertake project, administrative and executive support, and remits may include stakeholder management, recruitment, procurement, procedure development and record keeping.
- Undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, conduct investigations and provide advice on policies and legislation.
- Contribute to the setting of the direction of work priorities and practices, monitoring workflow and identifying training needs.
- Demonstrable experience in Project Support Officer role or similar.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to communicate with influence and adapt to the audience.
- Ability to show initiative and judgment in the application of project and operations management practices and procedures to deliver work and resolve issues.
