Construction Project Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Construction Project Support Specialist to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing support to oversee the execution of projects across Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly reports to track project progress
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Create WHS and SWMS documents
- Liaise with contractors on a daily basis
- Organise site access and schedule work accordingly
- Variations and procurement management
- Programming and cost control
- Client relationship management
Requirements:
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the building industry
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
