Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career in Trade Credit Insurance with a close-knit and collaborative team at Fuse Recruitment. As an experienced Senior Account Manager, you will have access to key clients and will be tasked with pursuing new business opportunities and delivering on company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Coordinate meetings throughout the client policy life cycle, ensuring excellent communication and client management.
  • Meet and exceed retention targets and foster relationships with clients, insurers, and industry influencers.
  • Handle the complete renewal process, including negotiations and manage relationships with an existing panel of Insurers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role specialising in Trade Credit Insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong existing Insurer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
