We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the business and management functions of the ward or unit, as well as demonstrating their capability through attitude, skills, behaviour, and attributes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct an appropriate and safe standard of care within a multidisciplinary team for all patients within the Unit.
- Monitor and manage the business and management functions and processes of the ward or unit.
- Demonstrate broad nursing/midwifery experience and knowledge.
- Understand and accept that patients are the central focus of service delivery.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships and effective teamwork.
