We are seeking an experienced professional to fill two exciting roles within our accounting firm. The ideal candidates will possess strong corporate secretarial skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Job Description:
- Provide corporate secretarial services, including liaison with ASIC, preparation of annual company returns, and maintenance of registers.
- Liaise with external corporate secretarial providers for ordering of companies, trusts, and self-managed super funds.
- Attend to ATO lodgements and registrations, as well as meeting with clients to obtain required documents signed.
- Appointment scheduling of client meetings, incoming and outgoing mail, banking, invoicing/debtors management, and various administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Corporate secretarial experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC compliance, ATO requirements, and debtor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
