Job Title:

A key position within the organization, overseeing process efficiency and system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement
    • Conduct thorough process assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define process objectives.
    • Monitor adherence to defined procedures and continually refine processes as needed.
  • System Integration
    • Evaluate technology architecture to identify integration opportunities and consolidate systems.
    • Lead system enhancement projects, including vendor selection, testing, and implementation.
    • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes and train end-users on system functionalities.
  • Project Leadership
    • Oversee end-to-end project management for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management.
    • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization initiatives.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus on process improvement strategies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track process efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for further improvement.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Future Vision
    • Develop an AI strategy to drive process optimisation initiatives.
    • Establish an innovation program to drive disruptive innovation through idea assessment and piloting.
