Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Practice Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the practice to support the patient experience and ensure high-quality clinical care.

The Practice Manager is accountable for ensuring the practice maintains a safety and quality focus to deliver optimal care and a high standard of performance in line with our strategy, goals and values.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a proactive leader with a passion for healthcare and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the practice
  • Ensure the practice maintains a safety and quality focus
  • Support the patient experience and ensure high-quality clinical care
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team

About You:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Proven experience in successfully leading a complex or multi-modality medical setting
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
  • Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of financial and performance-based KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and a patient-centred focus
  • Knowledge of health-related Practice Management systems, financial processes and transactions, and practice accreditation requirements within the healthcare setting
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
