Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining efficient systems.

About the Role
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee reception and admin operations, including front desk tasks.
  • Manage finances, including payroll, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting via Xero.
  • Recruit and onboard non-clinical team members.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, WorkCover, Fair Work, and privacy legislation.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for staff and clients.
  • Coordinate marketing, website content, and GP/community engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in practice or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, clear, compassionate, and professional.
  • Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft 365, and practice management platforms.
  • Understanding of legal obligations under OH&S, Fair Work, and privacy legislation.
