Lead Clinical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to assume a leadership role in the provision of Positive Behaviour Support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership position and support the operational management of our teams, providing guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Supporting the operational management of our teams
  • Working closely with our Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice and clear communication of priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Proficient or Advanced level
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports
  • Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills
