Maintenance Technician Role

Our organization requires a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform facility-wide maintenance and related work on various building components, including interiors, exteriors, and roofing.

  • Install, maintain, and rebuild mechanical equipment such as pumps/motors and commercial kitchen equipment to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
  • Lead daily carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical projects, as well as undertake general handyman tasks like wall and concrete repairs, general plumbing, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have the capacity to self-assess and prioritize tasks based on guest safety and operational requirements. They must also be able to interact effectively with guests and team members.
