Facilities Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused candidate to join our Community Facilities team on a permanent, part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities over the phone and in person.

  • Providing customer service and support to users of community facilities.
  • Maintaining and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and safe to use.
  • Assisting with initial enquiries and bookings, payments, access, inductions, inspections, and bond release.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Suitable experience in a customer service role.
  • Computer literacy in basic office applications and the ability to quickly learn corporate applications.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision.

The salary is in accordance with our Enterprise Agreement. The entry-level position starts at $1,315.70 per week, pro-rata, with a 28-hour working week.

We are committed to safety and have introduced alcohol and other drug testing at the pre-employment phase, and via a series of random and cause testing.

Applicants must have excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
