Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support cross-agency processes to improve educational outcomes for children and young people in care services.
  • Coordinate treatment and support packages for children and young people as determined through the assessment process.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to ensure effective implementation of health and education initiatives.
