Global Health Initiatives Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support cutting-edge pathogen research and global health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Global Health Initiatives:
  • Ensure effective delivery of strategic partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for harmonisation across work areas.
  1. Manage Research and Public Health Projects:
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives at the Centre for Pathogen Genomics and MDU PHL.
  • Support research and public health project management.
  1. Achieve Project Success:
  • Monitor progress regularly.
  • Track budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  1. Facilitate Communication:
  • Draft reports and documents.
  • Organise meetings and events.
  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
  1. Possess a tertiary qualification in public health or a related field.
  2. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
  3. Experience in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Adaptability in responding to changing priorities.
