Our organization is seeking a senior health advisor to lead strategic health initiatives. We are Australia's only end-to-end provider of all renewable energy technologies, delivering industry firsts that drive the clean energy transition.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives across our operations.
  • Implement, coordinate, and oversee occupational health, hygiene, and wellbeing strategy and initiatives.
  • Use data to report, analyze trends, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

This role requires experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and be able to collaborate as part of a broader HSE team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Implement occupational health and hygiene strategy.
  • Analyze data and develop risk mitigation strategies.
