We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Front Office Team in delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff, drive guest service initiatives and empower team members to always go the extra mile for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Front Office Team to achieve desired results
  • Drive guest service initiatives throughout the Front Office
  • Empower staff to always go the extra mile for our guests
  • Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to grow their career

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and committed approach to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Property Management Systems
  • Current NSW RSA and Senior First Aid Certificate holder (ability to obtain)
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
