We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Experience Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving visual merchandising and improving product discoverability on our websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing online visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines for our portfolio of websites.
  • Building a deep understanding of customer behavior and category knowledge through extensive research and collaboration with our Purchasing team.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Analyzing visitor browsing, purchasing behavior, and customer journeys across multiple channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Supporting data-driven business decisions to drive growth and inform product strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A University Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar).
  • Experience in Online Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Website Layouts, Category Management or CX functions.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and Microsoft Excel skills.
