Mid-Senior Systems Analyst

This is a key opportunity for an experienced systems professional to drive technology innovation and improvement across a dynamic retail business. We are seeking a skilled analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of ecommerce, ERP, and martech platforms.

The role involves leading projects that deliver strategic initiatives, such as Shopify migration, wholesale channel launch, and productivity app consolidation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover inefficiencies in ecommerce and retail tech, and implement streamlined solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Leveraging expertise in integrating core retail systems, including ERPs and POS, with strong knowledge of APIs and modern integration methodologies.
  • Ensuring day-to-day performance and stability of ecommerce, ERP, MarTech and productivity apps.
  • Analysing complex systems and documenting technical requirements with clarity.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience with leading ecommerce platforms, proficiency in integrating retail systems, and exceptional communication skills.
