As a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our global ecommerce and digital marketing strategy.

This critical role involves leading a small team to scale the profitability of digital channels, including SEM, SEO, EDM, CRM, and Social Media. You will oversee the marketing calendar and its coordination across all departments and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand directives.

The ideal candidate will continually optimize the site to improve UX and increase conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and customer retention through testing and data-led insights. This includes managing all online operations, such as product uploads, online content management, logistical offerings, visual merchandising & promotional offerings.
