**About the Role...**

We now have a vacancy for a suitably experienced and passionate** National Sales Manager** to join and lead our sales team.

Reporting into our CEO, you will Lead and Develop the Menz Sales and Customer Service Team's to ensure the teams are highly engaged and the required skills, knowledge and competencies are available to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the business department.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Development and Achievement of Annual Sales and Trade Spend Budgets.
- Build and nurture highly engaging customer relationships.
- Develop suitable and successful strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Prepare and provide timely and accurate sales volume forecast to manufacturing.
- Successfully build distribution of NPD into the national marketplace.
- Seek out and secure new distribution channels and customers for Menz products.
- Lead and Develop a highly engaged sales and customer service team.

As the National Sales Manager, you will be required to achieve results in keeping with the businesses strategic plan and sales and profit budget targets. You will have excellent relationships with across both the major grocery and convenience channels. You will be a highly engaged individual who is passionate about brands and people and has the ability to unlock new market opportunities in new channels with new customers.

You will have great cross functional relationships, be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business and be passionate and committed about leading and developing an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service team.

Sales forecasting and responsiveness to the broader business operations needs is critical to this role as is the involvement in bringing new exciting products to the market. You will need to be a relationship builder, have sound business acumen, negation skills and exceptional presentations skills. It will be critical that you have extensive experience and knowledge of the FMCG marketplace, with National Sales/ Account Management experience highly regarded.

You will have a thorough knowledge of the grocery market and trends in Australia. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce or business preferred but not essential.
