Riggers Workwear seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead national sales growth and lead the expansion of our high-quality safety workwear and PPE business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in new market development and enterprise sales. As a senior leader, you will drive the company's growth agenda, foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute bold market-entry strategies to drive national sales growth
- Identify and close major B2B opportunities across Mining, Construction, Oil & Gas, and more
- Build a high-value sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and tender positioning
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth
- Create pathways for career development and mentorship
- 6+ years in business development or sales leadership, preferably B2B
- Proven ability to build and scale national sales teams
- Track record of success in new market development and enterprise sales
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Exceptional communicator with strong analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, and sales analytics tools
- Passionate, driven, and ready to build something meaningful
