About Our Team
We're a team of talented and driven professionals who are passionate about working on a wide portfolio of accounts and having the opportunity to learn about many aspects of the payments industry. We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Account Manager to join our team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality; someone who is eager to help the world's biggest brands grow while changing an industry. You'll work closely with other Account Managers and collaborate on many different accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with innovative international merchants, covering multiple industries and channels.
- Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts, while striving to meet strategic and financial targets.
- Prioritize and manage short and long-term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant.
- Work closely with the Technical and Product teams to manage the integration of the merchant, helping to identify improvements and developments for continued innovation.
- Serve as a feedback loop for your customers internally.
