Job Description

Data Center Technicians are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. This involves managing and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including servers, storage devices, and network infrastructure.

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of data center operations and IT systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deployment and configuration of servers, storage devices, and other equipment
  • Break-fix tasks, such as power cycling, running diagnostics, and replacing defective components
  • Assist with fault diagnosis and investigation
  • Configure remote access and basic storage array configuration
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning fibers and re-seating or replacing components or cables
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data center operations and IT systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful operation of our data centers.
