Job Title: Online Gaming Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced online gaming infrastructure specialist to join our team.
- Develop efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions using C#/.Net, ensuring scalability and reliability in a high-traffic environment.
- Collaborate with Unity experts to debug and enhance server integration, guaranteeing seamless interactions between the client and server.
- Maintain and develop solutions for deploying and updating servers in conjunction with hosting/infrastructure experts.
- Work alongside PHP experts to design and implement APIs and reporting solutions that support the multiplayer servers.
- Assist in monitoring and debugging servers and solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with C#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project.
- Deep understanding of supporting technologies, including socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, and other related areas.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced gaming environments.
- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and project management tools like JIRA.
Necessary Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated strong work ethics, problem-solving capabilities, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, solutions, and issues in a dynamic team environment.
