Infrastructure Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Server Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint solutions, including Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide input into developing and refining best practice standards.
  • Assist the team with incident and service request resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Requirements:
  • Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update.
  • Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management.
  • SSO and MFA implementation.
  • Microsoft Purview or similar data security platforms.
  • Solid troubleshooting and support capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
