About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/.NET. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with Unity experts, hosting/infrastructure specialists, and PHP developers to design and deploy innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performance multiplayer gaming server solutions using C#/.NET (predominantly C# 10+, .NET Standard 2, and .NET 6+).
  • In conjunction with Unity experts, debug and enhance Unity integration with the server.
  • Collaborate with hosting/infrastructure experts to develop and maintain solutions for deploying and updating the game servers (predominantly AWS cloud deployment).
  • Work with PHP experts to develop API and reporting solutions supporting the multiplayer servers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with C#/.NET in a relevant multiplayer project.
  • Understanding of supporting technologies, including socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
  • Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably with developed solutions in Unity.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS.
  • Familiarity with source control (preferably GIT) and JIRA.
Non-Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Confidence in communicating ideas, solutions, and issues in a fast-paced team environment.
