This role offers a unique opportunity to work part-time as a Customer Response Consultant in our Customer Contact Centre, contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
The position involves conducting outbound calls, recording customer feedback, and collecting HR data. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administration processes are managed effectively and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathy, compassion, and a high regard for integrity and confidentiality are essential qualities for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and improve administrative processes where required.
- Project a professional image through respectful interaction with external stakeholders and team members.
- Record information accurately and complete related administration tasks.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a customer contact centre environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
