About the Role


We are seeking a Program Coordinator to assist with managing our Outside School Hours Care service in Baulkham Hills. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 27.5 hours per week to support the development and implementation of engaging programs for primary-age children.


The successful candidate will work across split shifts, supporting the service's operating hours Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 09:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:55pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You will also have the opportunity to work block shifts during school holidays.


About You



  • Commitment to building positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Able to lead and manage a team of Educators onsite

Responsibilities



  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators, including roster management and compliance administration
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth delivery of programs
