About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and effective customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products to customers, including demonstrating features and benefits, and making recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including taking payments and managing inventory.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring the safe storage of goods.
