Job Title: Building Services Coordinator

 

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Building Services team as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy team, ensuring seamless communication between supervisors and trades.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and computer literacy skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including trade management, sourcing and coordination of sub-contractors, preparing sub-contractor packs, and maintaining social media correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provision of general administrative support for the Building Services team, including trade management
  • Assist in filtering, sourcing and coordination of various Trades as required
  • Prepare and collate sub-contractor packs promptly and accurately
  • Maintain social media correspondence, and be proactive in responding to Trade enquiries both verbally and written

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Residential building industry knowledge (desirable, but not required)
  • High level of administration and computer literacy skills
  • Well-developed and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving ability
  • Driven and proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail
