This is an exciting opportunity for Administration Support in our Perth Buildings Team. You will play an integral part in supporting our highly skilled team and its leaders to deliver a range of projects in the Built Environment sector. Your role will include:

- Support the Buildings team with general administration duties and project work
- Support bid process including preparation of content including CV's, project experience and graphics
- Organise and manage travel, accommodation, expenses and events for three executive team members
- Liaise with broader administration support team, executive leadership team and external stakeholders demonstrating confidentiality and professionalism
- Keep team information up to date within a number of internal systems

As well as experience in a similar administration roles. Specifically:

- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to upskill in systems and softwares
- Creative skills for the preparation of documentation including basic graphic skills
- Strong written skills and attention to detail for the preparation of documentation
- Flexibility, agility and a willingness to try new things in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- A passion to assist the team in delivery of a variety of high-quality projects in a collaborative team environment
