Are you looking for a challenging role in claims management? As a Claims Officer, you will play a crucial part in assisting individuals with their property insurance claims.
Your Role- You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing incoming insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims.
This is an end-to-end case management role, ensuring claims are handled efficiently during the critical period.
Requirements- Strong customer service experience – call centre background highly regarded.
- Previous claims experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems.
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.

Benefits- $35.88 per hour + weekly pay.
- Full-time, in-office role based on Brisbane's Southside.
- Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
