About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of technical motor claims, assisting customers throughout the process and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Handle a range of complex cases, occasionally needing to manage difficult conversations, such as claim declines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of claims, guiding customers through each stage of the process.
- Handling customer inquiries (both in-bound and out-bound).
- Assess claims and resolve complex issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the broader team.
- Previous experience in insurance claims (motor insurance highly regarded) particularly in complex or technical claims investigations, or dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate detailed policy wording and legislative requirements to customers.
- Confident in managing sensitive or high-stakes conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex information and provide clear guidance.
- High level of resilience and emotional intelligence when working with challenging or distressed customers.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, using multiple systems and navigating between tools to find and deliver accurate information.
