This is a key role within our kitchen team, serving as the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences with a focus on seasonal ingredients and attention to detail.

A Day in Your Role
  • You will lead service with confidence and calm, managing the breakfast section and preparing high-quality dishes that showcase seasonality and flavour.
  • Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
  • Foster a positive and productive kitchen culture by motivating and supporting junior staff members.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to work cleanly, stay focused, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Confidence in cooking eggs, pastries, and balanced breakfast dishes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments.
